What should I take first?

If you're new, we recommend starting with our foundations classes. These classes introduce basic technique, build strength and confidence, and help you become familiar with the apparatus in a supportive environment.

If you already have prior pole or aerial experience, please email us to schedule a quick assessment so we can help place you in the class that best matches your level.

Classes include:

Pole Foundations, Floor Flow, Lyra Foundations, Hammock Foundations, Silks Foundations and Flexibility.

Schedule

What do I wear or need?

-Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

-Pole classes require skin grip on the pole, so shorts are often needed. You won’t need them for every foundations class, but we recommend bringing a pair just in case. Aerial classes are best taken in leggings or fitted athletic wear.

-To help protect your knees during floorwork, knee pads or leg warmers are recommended.

-Jewelry should be removed before class to prevent damage to the equipment.

-Please avoid lotions or oils on your hands, legs, or body before class, as they can make the equipment slippery and unsafe for everyone.

-To keep the space comfortable for everyone, we ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances during class.

-Heels are not permitted in foundations classes until you have been cleared by an instructor.

-Please bring a water bottle with you. We do have water available and you’re welcome to refill during class if needed.
