Melody has always been captivated by the rhythm of music and the natural instinct to articulate motion through movement. Between the smooth sounds of r&b to the abrupt and chaotic noise of heavy metal, music has always been a place of comfort and self discovery. 

Melody’s aerial journey started when a friend invited her to try something different. She had no idea what she was getting herself into but caught herself in pure bliss learning her first aerial choreography. She quickly learned that aerial a harmony of mind, body and soul. Mora has become her second home, a place where she can get lost in the music and push the limitations of her body. The community makes her feel welcomed and supported, and she is excited to give that back as an instructor.

When Melody is not in the studio, she is a project engineer at an aerospace company, manufacturing composites parts for airplanes, rockets, and satellites.
