Chrissy E

Hammock Instructor

Chrissy grew up in various team sports, and never considered herself a dancer of any kind until well into adulthood. She always felt drawn to aerial arts from the first time she saw a live performance. She longingly admire the performers strength and flexibility, but never felt that could be here. In 2019, she decided to try herself and took her first lyra class–both as a fun way to workout but also to satisfy that craving. She hasn’t looked back since. Chrissy branched out into hammock in 2022 and quickly realized that was her true passion.

Mora has given Chrissy the gift of creative expression and she is so excited to have the chance to contribute back to the community as an instructor. Through Mora, she has learned to see the beauty in herself that she never knew existed. She has been amazed at the things her body has learned to do. Aerial hammock has become a pillar in Chrissy’s self-care routine and has helped her survive her social worker day job. She embraces mindful movement, dance, play and community. When not in the studio, you can catch Chrissy practicing yoga, hula-hooping, or camping with her dogs!
